Whether it’s Hair, Make-up and Facials or Energy Work, Manifesting and Meditation classes, we love taking care of you! We aim at being kind to ourselves and one another. We would like to free our minds of self-anihilating thoughts about the way we look or misperceptions of not being enough. We want to take Joy in the Journey! We would like to make peace with ourselves, knowing to make peace with oneself creates more energy, better ideas and often peace with those around us. Rozalynne Woolf

I have had the pleasure of being a hair stylist in San Diego for 17 years. I also have the amazing experience of being the owner of The Lighthouse Salon in North Park which has been open for 3 years now. I have felt such a deep rooted connection and passion for the beauty industry since I was around 20 years old. I always loved the idea of connecting with people in a very intimate way, while expressing art through designing hair color, cuts, and styles. With great determination, I packed my bags, many moons ago, and decided to move to California to embark on my journey into this magical industry. I feel deep gratitude for the fulfilling opportunities my career has offered me over the years. I have experienced attending inspiring hair shows and classes all over the US, educating for a global product brand, platform work, trained color educators for The Paul Mitchell Schools, and joyfully built and sustained a successful clientele that I deeply care for. I continue to stay inspired by the amazingly talented hairstylists I work with every day, my loyal clients, nature’s beautiful expressions that surround us, and the powerful music that moves my soul. Jennifer Jaegar is one of our amazing Salon Coordinators at The Lighthouse Salon. Her passion for the industry is evident in her commitment to provide a great experience for each one of our clients. From her first position as a receptionist and working her way up to management she has continued to grow and love what she does. When she joined The Lighthouse Team she knew she had aligned herself with the perfect creative team. Her knowledge and experience has helped expand The Lighthouse to the next level. In her extra time, Jen is so creative and resourceful! She enjoys designing and creating her own jewelry which she plans to retail at the salon in the spring! She is a master at DIY crafty projects as she is always looking for ways to revamp goodies around her house!! We are so grateful for the efficiency and creativity she brings to our team!

Katie Spann is a stylist with over 10 years of experience. She is a Master Colorist and specializes in
Curly Hair. She believes listening to her clients and understanding their needs combined with open
communication is of the highest importance. She is dedicated to providing color services that will
maintain the integrity of the hair while achieving beautiful, long lasting results. In addition to coloring,
Katie is Deva Curl certified and trained in various other curl methods. She thrives on natural hair
texture and her thirst for information drives her knowledge of how to help her clients have a perfect
hair day every day!

Caroline McMahon

Always having a passion for skincare & making people feel beautiful; Caroline found her calling in the esthetics industry. She has been an active esthetician in the San Diego area for more than 8 years and continues to grow her clientele by offering the most innovative and professional skincare facials & peels to locals and afar. Her approach to skincare begins with a simple consultation to address the concerns & needs of her clients and from there a relationship is born. She uses one of the best anti-aging & transforming skincare brands around, Priori and Astara Skincare. She also specializes in facial waxing and customized organic spray tans. I have been a stylist at the Lighthouse Salon since the opening in February of 2014. I have worked with the owner Roz since 2011. I assisted her for two years and really mastered my skill with her as my mentor. I have worked closely with the Goldwell brand as well as Euphora, Kevin Murphy, and Oribe. I am very passionate about the industry and am constantly updating myself with new trends with education.

Hi, my name is Joanna Francica and I am a certified hair stylist with a focus on customer service. I have an extreme knowledge of industry changes, including modern and classic hair designs and hair care techniques for women, and children. I specialize in long layered haircuts, highlighted blondes, the art of balayage and blowouts for any hair type or length. I am trained in cutting-edge styles and corrective color. I also exclusively style braids and bridal hair for weddings and special events. Scott Heavill

Newly returned to San Diego from the San Francisco Bay area, Scott has been working with hair for the last 8 years and loving it! “I feel like I haven’t worked a day since getting into the hair industry I love it that much!” Scott studied at Northern California Institute of Cosmetology and later attended advanced courses at the Toni & Guy Academy in Orange. Scott loves a good spicy food, getting reacquainted with San Diego, and spending quality time with his partner Dan and schoopy-pup Jack.
